Strategic Plan

Cascade Fire has developed a strategic plan to coincide with the 4-year Township Board election cycle. The strategic plan is a document that the department and Board of Trustees will use as a foundation or guide to assist with decision making regarding fire department capital improvements, direction and operations. The plan was developed in cooperation with Township management, Township Board, fire personnel and citizen input.
